We loved the convenient location near the train station and the helpful and friendly staff at this hotel. The rooms were clean with fresh sheets and towels, and the double room with private bathroom was perfect for us. The hot water was always working and very hot, which was great after a rainy day exploring. The breakfast was fresh and tasty, and the staff started serving early to accommodate those heading to Machu Picchu. There were also small storage lockers available for our luggage after checkout.
There was nothing we didn't like.
